Nicki was our presenter at the Growth Hub webinar “How To Avoid Late Payments and Boost Cash flow”, and it was an absolute pleasure working with her.
Apart from having a great depth of working experience in this field, she was very good at making her tips and advice accessible, easy to take away and action, and helping us understand what to do if things go really wrong with our credit control. I liked the way she helped us understand both the people and process elements of credit control best practices, because for smaller businesses the whole idea of not being paid can be laden with the emotions of personal involvement. Working well with people requires managing this part well, and Nicki gave us some super tips. I would recommend Nicki as a speaker and a support to SME’s everywhere.
